Jana, the beautiful brindle pit is the new postergirl for dispelling the myth of that most feared breed of notoriety - the pit bull terrier. Made of sugar, spice, and everything nice, this prettiest of pits just wants to play and be petted. A calm oasis of cuteness, Jana never fights with others or even growls - so don't believe the bad press, because this girl is as nice as they come.

Sasha, the beautiful Golden Retriever, is the epitome of a "well behaved dog." He never gets into trouble, always wants to cuddle, and he makes quite a nice resting place for the other smaller dogs. At any given time on the webcam Sasha can be spotted resting against the wall with a small French Bulldog or Jack Russell curled up upon him completely asleep. For these reasons, and these reasons alone, Sasha is granted the magnificent position of Paw of the Month for March. |

When he's not doing that, he’s sitting in a chair starring at you with glistening deep eyes waiting for attention. Casey exemplifies what it means to be "man's best friend" and that is why he is recognized this month by the staff of The Paw Stop. |

What can we say about this Paw Of The Month besides the word "amazing". Sheba, the wonderful three pound Chihuahua, is the epitome of gorgeous. She is tough, sweet, and vocal all in one small unique package. She is the only canine in our facility with the ability to actually "meow." How charming!

She slobbers, she snores, she sleeps upside down, and we love every inch of her. Porkchop joined the Paw Stop 2 weeks after we opened and has loved every day. She was only 4 months old!!! We’ve watched her grow into her skin, and grow out of her collar. Nice Job Porkers on becoming this months “Paw of the Month.”

Franklin! Nope, not Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Not Ben Franklin either. Not even that cute animated Franklin the Turtle…but Franklin Lont, the Great Dane. Franklin Lont is a huge loveable dog whose personality matches his size. He is always in the mood for fun, making dogs of any size and shape feel welcome in the playroom, Franklin is a definite Paw Stop “fave”. He brightens everyone’s day. |
